Q. There appear to be no postage options available for my country/order? Why do I have to wait for a quotation? A. Due to the logistics of shipping overseas, we would have to place large surcharges on all shipping prices to cover variations in pricing due to weight as well as the overall size of the product. This would make our postage heavily overpriced for some items, which is a problem faced by many of our competitors. We don't want to rip you off with high postage prices and therefore use a quotation system where we provide individual quotes for every overseas order ensuring that you are getting the best shipping price possible. If you submit your order during business hours you will usually receive an email quote within a couple of hours, then you can just login to your account and pay for the order via Google Checkout using any major credit card. It's really simple and most importantly saves you money!
