I have used this tyre on my mod for a long period and it has always performed well in wet/dry and street/natural. It is lightweight and provides excellent grip. Clarke
Kenda 1.95 tyre
Posted by Laurence
I bought the Kenda 1.95 Tyre (middle one) in mid August. When I first got it my first thoughts were very light, thin very side-wall, good grip, easy to put on. After a fair bit of riding I found that you have to run a lower pressure to give it what it needs to grip better. The grip gets worse in the wet and gets even worse in the mud + water. I haven't used a lot of front tyres (Maxxis, Kenda and Monty) but they seem quite bouncy which I like. To improve the tyre I'd give it deeper tread as they seem to wear a bit fast (however I do ride a lot) But overall a good tyre in my opinion. Laurence.
