- New from Inspired, the Flow Plus Crankset! A great upgrade or replacement for street or older comp bikes.
- 2 piece, high quality cranks forged from 6061 alloy fitted as standard to Inspired Flow Plus bikes.
- Steel 64BCD, 22t chain ring with durable ED coating for extra strength and increased wear resistance.
- Tough 6mm 4 bolt alloy bash ring with room to fit bigger chain rings if required.
- 24mm steel spindle is strong and secure with a chunky 10 spline interface for the LH crank.
- Left hand crank uses a 'Shimano' style system with two opposing pinch bolts to hold the crank in place and an alloy preload cap.
- Supplied with Inspired Flow external, sealed bearing bottom bracket compatible with 68mm and 73mm shell frames.
- Supplied with two 7mm axle spacers for use with the Flow bottom bracket supplied.
- Tough anodised black finish.
- 175mm length only.

- For use with a 73mm BB shell, both spacers supplied with the BB must be used on the drive side. For frames with a 68mm shell you will need to use one extra, 2.5mm spacer on the left hand (non drive side) of the BB. These can be purchased separately here.This 68mm or 73mm dimension refers to the width of frame where the bottom bracket fits in, please measure your frame before ordering! The two 7mm spacers supplied must be used when installing the crank to any frame. One spacer is installed on the spindle before inserting the crank into the BB, and the second on the spindle before the left-hand crank is installed.

Ensure that your pedals are tightened to at least 310 in-lbs (35 Nm) every 5 minutes for the first few rides. Before fitting, it's also a good idea to make sure your pedal axles are clean (a wire brush works well) then greased before installation.
Similarly, always check the black, M5 pinch bolt torque is at least 70 in-lbs (8 Nm) every 5 minutes for the first few rides, then each and every ride after that.
Failure to keep your pedals or crank bolts tight as described above is likely damage your cranks and this will not be covered under warranty.
