Internal steerer tube routing is not possible with this fork!
- Butted 7005 aluminium tubing provides a good blend of strength to weight.
- Externally butted 1 1/8" head tube is reinforced by using external top and down tube gussets.
- One-piece 68mm wide bottom bracket and chainstay yoke offers excellent clearance for both the tyre and the chainring. Fits standard 1.37" x 24tpi threaded bottom brackets.
- The one-piece design also increases stiffness and strength at this important area while carefully designed pockets help reduce the weight.
- Custom seat and chainstay tubing help improve crank and heel clearance.
- Compact CNC machined dropouts and custom gear hanger keep the frame looking clean and stylish.
- Weld angles and contact areas at the dropouts have also been improved to help maximise strength.
- Dedicated 4-Bolt brake mounts spaced at 89mm, centre to centre across the mounts (maximum rim width approx 38mm, unless Tensile Offset Mounts are used).
- Supplied with a pre-installed Bonz Pro Light sealed bearing headset.
- Ultra thick one-piece CNC machined aluminium steerer tube.
- Steerer is extra thick at the bottom, more so than other forks which appear to be the same, ensuring maximum stiffness and strength.
- Custom designed and manufactured disc brake mount (at the International Standard position) is extra long to prevent cracking at the top where it joins the leg.
- Available Gloss Dark Blue only, with high quality graphics that are lacquered over.
