Available in two compounds.
Original pads from Magura.
Work best with: Smooth rim, with or without tar.

- Standard HS33 pads from Magura, as fitted to all their HS33 brakes.
- The compound is designed for durability, but can be used with smooth rims and a little tar. They are also surprisingly good on a light grind, but won't last as long as pads designed for this purpose.
- Red pads are a little softer compound, and so offer slightly more aggressive braking. As a result, they wear down quicker.
- Assembled into Magura HS33 backings for maximum clip life and safety.
