- Our new TNN complete pads are finally here!
- The BTM Yellow compound is a new pad material, extensively tested by Tarty Bikes team riders Adam Morewood, Daisy Craig, Ben Tyrrell and UK rider Luke Walder.
- Suited to a light, sharp grind, these pads work great for front brakes, and on the rear too for riders wanting a more progressive lever feel. We found the type of grind is critical to optimum performance, and may require a deeper, harsher grind for some rim brands.
- They also work great on smooth rims!
- New TNN CNC aluminium backings are made for us, right here in the UK, as well as the pad material, which is made for us in Yorkshire. Each brake pad is assembled in house, by us. These are truly a UK made product!
- Backings are machined using exactly the same CAD file as the original Australian TNN backings to ensure the same performance and longevity. The only difference is our new backings feature a 'flip-flop' TNN logo.
- The 6000 series aluminium backing provides extra braking force, and lever feedback since it's much stiffer than plastic backings.
- Silicone rubber o-rings give a tight, secure fit on slave cylinders, helping to prevent unwanted pad movement. We recommend a drop of silicone lubricant, or light chain oil on the o-ring, to make installing the pads easier.
- Like the original TNN LGM and ADM pads, the insert is replaceable, with a range of TNN inserts available
here.

Recommended Use
Sharp light or medium grind (dependent on the brand of rim), dry weather, slightly deeper grind for wet weather. A harsh grind in dry weather will wear the pads quickly.
Important
Due to the very stiff backings, it is imperative that these pads are set up perfectly squarely.
