Royal Mail is unaffected by strike action this season, however, as services get busier we expect delays. If you need your order quickly, or want live tracking information, we strongly recommend using APC services instead.

Our Royal Mail cut off times are significantly earlier than what Royal Mail have advised. Please ensure you allow enough time when ordering for Christmas using Royal Mail. We recommend using APC or FedEx if you need anything guaranteed for Christmas.

FedEx are operating as normal in the run-up to Christmas although they will be busier as we approach the Christmas break, as more customers opt for this service over Royal Mail, so there may be delays in receiving your order.

APC are operating as normal in the run-up to Christmas, although they will be much busier as customers opt for this service over Royal Mail and we know drivers are under increasing pressure. Generally, APC deliveries are next working day (except where otherwise stated), but this is NOT guaranteed. If you require a guaranteed next day delivery service, please get in touch before ordering.
